Is there an extra charge for door-to-door service?

No, our door-to-door services are free of charge. They include both loading and unloading services.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept money order, cash, Visa, MasterCard or certified cheque.

What are the locations of your storage units?

We currently have three locations for our storage units: Calgary, Vancouver and Toronto. Our storage units are heated and secured. They are a part of our moving-storage bundle service.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer senior and student discounts.

What percentage of tax do you apply?

The percentage of tax that we charge to our customers depends on their destination.

Will my belongings get mixed up with other customers’ things?

No, at the time of pick up, the movers will put stickers on each of your items. The stickers each have a different lot number and every customer has a different colour. The movers also prepare an inventory list of your items that correspond to the tags and labels that your furniture has been marked with. A copy of the inventory list will be provided to you so that you know exactly how many pieces are being shipped.

Do you transport plants and animals?

No we do not. It is best for you to keep plants and animals with you during the move.

Is my furniture protected?

Yes, we firmly wrap furniture with thick blankets free of charge.
